People and Culture (HR) Advisor
Fixed term until 31 March 2011
The National Library of New Zealand has embarked on a significant programme of transformation including a review of the services we provide, looking at how we operate internally, the redevelopment of the existing Library building and culture - all within the next two years. Also during the next twelve months, the People and Culture team will be contributing significantly to the integration of the National Library, Department of Internal Affairs and Archives New Zealand.

This provides a real opportunity for People and Culture to make a tangible difference in terms of taking the function to a new level.
This role will provide generalist HR support for our two Relationship Managers, the Director People and Culture and other team members.
