Photography Supervisor

We are seeking a Photography Supervisor for our New Zealand branch.
The roles and responsibilities for Photography Supervisors are:
* Recruitment and training of staff in your team
* Manage all team members in regards to punctuality, personal appearance, and general performance
* Ensure all photography meets the company standards
* Motivation of staff to reach targets so that promotional goals are met
* Regular reporting to management
* General administration
Applicants must possess the following:
* Impeccable customer service
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Time management skills & ability to work under pressure
* Current drivers license
Experience in motivating teams along with minimal photographic/retail sales experience is also preferred, however training will be provided to suitable candidates
