As Finance Manager leading a team of 8 you will have the opportunity to contribute to the successful implementation of the Library’s strategy through:

• Leading a customer focused accounting team of eight staff
• Contributing to the integration of the Library with the Department of Internal Affairs and Archives New Zealand, including the preparation of the final annual report
• Leading the Treasury budget processes
• Implementing and managing robust and enabling financial systems and processes across the Library
• Providing financial advice to senior management

The successful applicant will be professionally qualified and demonstrate excellent communication skills. They will have experience in leading teams and have a strong understanding of government financial processes and a strong customer focus.
