Director - Human Resources
The Director of Human Resources will lead the development of HR strategy and processes supporting the Museum’s vision and progressing cultural change within the organisation. This role involves leadership at a senior/executive level in a diverse organization. Your expertise in developing effective strategies and operational plans will have been applied within an organisation with similar aspirations as the Museum.
Demonstrated experience across the full spectrum of HR activity is required; recruitment, performance management, learning and development, remuneration, compliance.
Tertiary qualifications in HR (post graduate preferred) and at least 10 years business experience is required. Your ability to work effectively and influentially in a complex environment is demonstrated through your previous change management experience.
