We are seeking an individual of the highest calibre who possesses:

  • The ability and experience in motivating, coaching and inspiring a team of contact centre agents.
  • The ability to 'think outside the square' to give and receive feedback for successful outcomes.
  • Self motivation and who is passionate about customer service.
  • Commitment to maintaining a fun-filled environment.
  • Familiarity with contact centre metrics and reporting.

Duties will be varied and not limited to working in a Box Office, Call Centre and Customer Service areas and includes shift work.  The successful applicant will need to be available to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends.

If you have excellent communication skills, an interest in the arts, possess sound computer and process skills, and can learn new systems and follow instructions clearly, then we would love to hear from you!  Experience in ticketing would be an advantage, but is not a necessity.
