Established in 1979 as a charitable trust, Choirs Aotearoa New Zealand, incorporating the National Youth Choir and the professional choir, Voices New Zealand are seeking a new Chief Executive to lead the choirs to even greater heights of choral excellence.

A role such as this seldom becomes available in New Zealand and has resulted through our current CE accepting another exciting role off-shore.

The Board of Trustees is seeking an individual who not only shares our passion for music and the arts through a current, similar management role and suitable qualification but also possesses exceptional strategic leadership qualities.

As the Chief Executive, you will be Wellington based and contribute to overall strategic objectives by providing leadership, support and direction through your vision, financial acumen and cultural management.

Success in this role will be driven by your exceptional interpersonal skills which will allow you to build relationships with senior business contacts, trustees and choral members with ease and use those skills and previous experience to secure funding and sponsorship which are so essential to the organisation’s existence.
