Job description: 

We have a fixed term full-time vacancy in our cataloguing team. The position is available until December 2011.

While cataloguing experience is an advantage, if you have a good general knowledge, are quick to learn, and enjoy being part of a team, we would love to hear from you.

As a cataloguer you will create descriptive records for print and electronic books, and possibly CDs, DVDs and websites. You will be at the National Library during an exciting time in cataloguing as we prepare for the implementation of the new cataloguing standard, Resource Description and Access (RDA).
