With construction of an exciting new multi-zoned indoor development at Claudelands well underway, conferences, functions and events are being booked and planned now ready for its opening in mid-2011.  And at the same time, different zones of the complex are coming on line and open for business.  What an exciting time to join our team putting our city on the map for events, functions and conferences!

 

As Events Coordinator you will work through all the logistical components required for the client to achieve their vision for a successful event.  Your exceptional organisational skills will allow you to juggle multiple deadlines and your desire to deliver the best service to the client will be key to your success in this role. 

 

You will have a tertiary qualification in event management, hospitality or similar discipline, as well as at least one year's proven experience in a coordinator role in the functions/event/conference industry.   Your communication skills will be excellent and you will take a professional approach in all your client interactions. 

 

From small functions, to mid sized conferences, to large events, this is an extremely busy but challenging role that you will find hugely rewarding.
