Curator - Promoter - Helper - Event Manager

the Job description is a work in progress it self, but will cover several main areas these include:

-Find a charitible venue to exhibit  works to be displayed.

a)NZ premier of a 1.2 hr Documentary about the underground culture of Surfing in Cuba. 

b) Upto 45 Photo prints of various sizes A3 to A0 depicting a diversity of life & colour in Cuba

c) 30 minute talk about 1 mans experiences & evolution travelling to Cuba for 13 years followed by Q n A  

d) Small merchandise & information table, selling music prints & collecting data of any person interested in creative projects in Cuba

-Sourcing favorable sponsors for the event. ( this may be any iondividual or business with an interest in Cuban products or projects)

-Networking with invitations & promotion so as to get maximum exposure to creative industry people. (aside from being a fundraiser the idea is to kick in the door for NZ Creatives to explore possibilities of doing their own similare projects in Cuba.

The Objective of this event to raise funds to bring Kiki Pro. of Trespeso Music here to Aoteroa for a  3 month vacation/collaboration. To contribute and network with NZ amateur & professional musical artists whom are interested in expanding into the Latin Urban market.

NOTE: this is advertised as an unpaid position because it is a fundraiser that ultimately benefits a bunch a young peoples making banging music in Cuba, however there will be renumeration consideration above beyond what is target amount for the fundraiser. Additionally Trespeso Music is willing to grant Lic. & Use of most of material FOC in any future projects you are producing.
