Music Shows sought for Jam Radio

Jam is not live-to-air, and you can't tune your radio into it. It's best described as a creative audio bank, that lives on the internet and only the internet. Here you can find on-demand programming by talented and dedicated members of our musical and arts community.

We are looking for more people to create music shows for Jam - and we welcome eclectic genres and styles.

You can make the shows at our studio in Devonport, or by creating them at home and submitting them to us.

The fees for doing this are listed below. They cover - amongst other things - equipment use, maintenance, labour, and internet/licensing costs. Rates are on a per hour hire basis, and there is a discount for Depot members. For information on membership, please click HERE.

For recording there is a minimun one hour charge.
For post production there is a minimum half hour charge.
After minimum charge, rates are calculated by the half hour.

PRE-PRODUCED PROGRAMMES

If you produce radio shows at home, we upload your shows for $15 per show. That covers the uploading and promotion of your show. We have a certain criteria for these shows, so please get in touch with us if you're interested.

TRAINING $20ph Depot Member $25ph Non-member
First 1 hour training session FREE. Training includes recording, editing, interview technique and more. Any extra training required beyond that is charged per half hour. Please enquire about our training package.
