Reporting to the Director of Programmes for the Rhema Boadcasting Group, this leadership position will be responsible for leading the Rhema Team towards excellence and increased listenership.  This multifaceted role will require both hands on leadership of a team as well as on-air broadcasting.

You will be a strong and discerning relationship developer, able to engage your internal team and motivate them towards common goals.  As a logical thinker, you will have the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects, tight deadlines and handle occasional long working hours.

Communication, creativity, innovation, integrity, self motivation and the ability to think, plan and lead logically are essential for this demanding yet rewarding role.
