The successful applicant will have strong people management and communication skills plus the ability to motivate and lead a team of dedicated employees.
The role will include working confidently with clients ensuring the entire process of managing contracts and seeking new opportunities.
Key Skills and attributes
- Be self motivated and work well unsupervised
- Be goal driven, able to implement strategies, objectives and meet outcomes
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and organisational skills
- Able to build new and maintain key business relationships and have a strong sense of customer service
- Develop and maintain professional relationship with staff, industry and community
- Be a key part of a small team
Knowledge of TV/Video production or Media industry is highly recommended.
A commitment to take this television station to the digital platform is also needed.
Remuneration is low, with the opportunity to expand. Company vehicle is provided
