Actor for online e-learning video re smoking
After some free acting experience? Have a smoking story to tell? Want to appear in an online video?
The Ministry of Health is looking for a volunteer to share the story of their smokefree journey in a short video clip for an online e-learning tool.
The video will be used in a e-learning tool for health care and community workers, and will encourage them to support people to make a quit smoking attempt. Filming for the video will take place in Wellington, for a few hours over 1 or 2 days at the end of October.
It's an upaid job, but we will give you a small koha of about $300.
If you're a smoker or an ex-smoker, we will just guide you to tell aspects of your story.
Alternately, we can script the parts for you. Our first choice would be to work with someone who has been a smoker, but ether way, drop us a line if you are keen.
If you are interested, and will be in Wellington at the end of October, please contact us by 5pm Friday 21 October.
Have fun, gain some experience in front of a camera and contribute to a good cause.
What more could you want? (Apart from millions of dollars and screaming fans...but they'll come later).
No formal experience needed, but you need to be comfortable telling your story and talking in front of a camera.
Experience either as a smoker or ex-smoker.
