Looking for 5 male performers

Pineapple Productions is running open auditions for its new show.

The Auditions will be held on the Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th February at City Dance.

THE NARRATOR

He is a Parisian poet but also an entertainer with a really good sense of humour. The show opens and closes with him. He is the link between the public and the characters. He is an observer and doesn't interfere much in the characters' lives. At one point he becomes the show's host, the master of ceremony.

 Abilities required: drama skills, good sense of humour, juggling and/or other circus tricks, being an entertainer

 Dance scenes: Will be in 2 choreographies

THE MOBSTER + THE HENCHMAN

The Jealous Husband will meet with these two members of the Parisian Mob to get the Café to shut down.

 Abilities required: drama skills, dancer would be a +

 Dance scenes: Will be in 1 choreography + will participate in the finale

THE WAITER

He is the main male dancing character of the show. He is impish, mischievous and romantic. He comes from a poor family background and helps THE OWNER of the Café in exchange for a room. He falls in love with THE BALLERINA.

 Abilities required: strong dancer, drama skills, sense of humour

 Dance scenes: Will be in 7 choreographies

THE HUSBAND

He is the man supposed to marry THE EXTROVERTED REGULAR. He tries to get his wife back. He is jealous and will try to get the Café to shut down.

 Abilities required: good dancer, good drama skills

 Dance scenes: Will be in 1 choreography + will participate in the finale
