We are seeking a friendly, proactive design professional to become an integral member of the School of Architecture and Planning team. The responsibilities of this role include effective and efficient exhibition, event and activity coordination-both internal and external, marketing assistance, database management and general administration.
You will provide assistance to the Public Programmes Manager and relevant academic staff for School exhibitions, activities and events providing graphic print and digital promotional material, web updating and assistance to 3D exhibition design.
You will have a good knowledge of design software and be able to liaise with external suppliers.
The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail and process as well as being reliable and self-motivated. You will possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to maintain your efficiency whilst under pressure and be well organised. The ability to relate well with students and staff is a must and the greatest asset you can bring to this role is a commitment to high standards of design and production.
This is a part-time, permanent position at 0.7FTE or 26.25 hours per week.
