Job description:

APN Media Services Ad Production is looking for an ad setter/graphic designer to produce world class newspaper adverts that deliver results for our advertisers. This position is available for a six-month fixed term.

The Ad Production Team works closely with advertising teams in Auckland and around the country to produce ads that work, in very tight time frames. You will be responsible for producing quality advertisements, setting all copy with accuracy and speed. To be successful, you will need to be: A team player who can work independently when required; used to working in a deadline-driven environment; and capable of building up relationships with internal and external parties. You will have a good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, colour models and font and image management.

At least three years experience and/or a tertiary qualification in a related field would be beneficial.

You will be responsible for producing quality advertisements, setting all copy with accuracy and speed.
