Writers Wanted to Review Fashion Shows
We are looking for freelance writers/journo’s with a love for fashion to review end of year shows for some of NZ’s fashion educators. We are also looking for flash junkies or photographers in the same areas to shoot the shows on the night.
These will be one off assignments where you will trip along on the night, take in the collections, talk to some of the students and pull together a fabulous review for Designer Direction. It’s a great opportunity to fatten up your portfolio and to also view some of the up and coming talent coming out of our fashion schools.
We are scouting for people in the following areas;
Invercargill (SIT)
Hastings (EIT)
Wanganui (UCOL)
Dunedin (Otago)
Hamilton (Wintec)
The shows are all rolling around at the beginning of November so you must be available then.
*These positions are unpaid.

It is super important to include the following:Your details, expereince, which show you would be keen to review and most importantly examples of your writing. We are looking for pieces that are preferably relating to fashion and that also reflect your personality.
Honest, reliable, punctual, loves fashion & the industry, writing/reviewing skills and/or experience.
