Magazine Designer: Architecture NZ and Houses
The position calls for attention to detail, imagination, initiative, a readiness to take design responsibility for the titles, and an ability to work to deadlines; an interest in design and architecture would be advantageous.
Reporting to the publisher and managing editor, the designer works closely with the editor and assistant editor of the magazines, and must be prepared to work alongside other members of the design studio on a variety of tasks, as briefed.
There is plenty of scope for an ambitious designer to make two well-designed magazines even stronger.
