Graphic Designer 

Environment Bay of Plenty is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to work in their Tauranga office.  This is an exciting opportunity for you to join Environment Bay of Plenty's graphics team and power their high standards; producing print material and web content.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have the following skills and attributes:

  • Ability to work independently managing work flows, balancing a number of jobs and prioritising to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in the use of Adobe CS3 or newer (including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Well developed file management skills including pre-press and print liaison experience
  • Excellent English comprehension skills including the ability to proofread with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience working with Web developers
  • Tertiary qualification in Computer / Graphic Art & Design or similar course

The duties required of this role are:

  • Coordinate and implement Environment Bay of Plenty's brand standards
  • Develop designs from concept through to published print or web media
  • Interaction with all parts of Environment Bay of Plenty to provide their graphics needs
