This is a newly created, full-time role at our online publishing company based in Parnell. Accountable for both the editorial and sales responsibilities of two of our most popular online magazines, the right candidate for this role will be hard-working, self-motivated and creative.

We operate a number of online magazine titles for New Zealand women covering everything from fashion to beauty to gardening and more.

We are a young, energetic, forward-thinking and positive team. We are an extremely dedicated and committed group of individuals who also know how to have a laugh.

What we are looking for from you

• A flair for producing accurate and original writing across a number of women’s lifestyle topics.
• A creative mind and a can-do attitude.
• Be excited by sales and driven to meet and exceed targets.
•  An ability to be self-motivated, self-managing and highly organised with excellent planning skills.
• While this role has no direct reports, we are looking for someone who can foster and manage excellent working relationships with both internal and external partners. An ability to build a network of valuable contacts and create positive client relationships is key.
• An understanding of writing for the web and previous experience with content management systems would be preferred.
• A tertiary qualification in English, Marketing or Commerce is desirable.
