As the Studio Manager at bettle advertising I thought I'd dodge the Creative Director and just put down what I want from my perspective. After all, you'll be working with me in a fantastic studio team.
I am looking for someone whose talent makes me envious. Someone whose work makes us look at it and say things like @#%* that is beautiful.
For that person I will move heaven and earth to give you what you need to be happy here.
Whether you want more responsibility, less responsibility, a chance to take more control of your work, more money, a better lifestyle -- if you have the talent we will make it work for you. In short if you are the dog's bollocks, we really want you here.
Which brings me to who we are -- we are bettle advertising. We are based in Hamilton. There are 13 of us and we bill just under $8million. We have clients throughout NZ as well as a few in Australia and have the best offices I have ever worked in.
I love it here because, whilst we are extremely busy, there is a real passion and commitment to quality creative. I would love to have someone capable of taking full advantage of that passion and commitment sitting next to me.
