We are seeking a keen, hard-working person with excellent organisational and communication skills to fill the role of Office Administrator for the School of Architecture and Planning. The role is essential to ensure the smooth functioning of the administrative support which keeps our School moving.

You will be responsible for:

  • Purchasing and payable transactions for the School 
  • Administration of the office both general and academic.

Your strongest skills will be maintaining accurate and timely records; strong administration and computer skills; and a 'can do', willing and flexible attitude;

The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail and process as well as being personable, flexible, reliable, self-motivated and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well with students and staff from diverse backgrounds. The greatest asset you can bring to this role is a commitment to customer service and to teamwork.
