Short Film Needs Sketch / Story Board Artist
A Short film needs sketch artist to help with storyboarding.
Zodiac Entertainment is preparing a submission to Fresh Shorts, the NZ Film Commission short film funding scheme. The final storyboards will be used as part of this submission but also as a tool during preproduction and production.
The successful applicant will receive a copy of the script, director’s notes and a list of shots we want storyboarded.
The credit of the Storyboard Artist in the film’s final credits will be given and we can provide written references or act as referees if requested.
Regardless of whether we are successful in our application to Fresh Shorts, we will shoot the film early next year with the intention of releasing the film to festivals in NZ and internationally. Casting and crewing is almost complete.
Further involvement of the Artist in the project is possible after his/her job is finished...
This position is unpaid at this point ,but will help the application for funding and its success.
We are happy to pay the candidate once funding approved...
We hope to find like minded creative film maker/artist who can help us make our film a reality.
We have deadline to have the storyboards finished and its before the end of September...
