Web Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced account manager to become a key member of our web design and development company. We are an award-winning company dedicated to creating beautiful, usable websites. We are a small close-knit team of talented fun individuals who thoroughly enjoy the work we do.

You would have direct contact with clients and the full Springload team and a lot of scope and responsibility to really create the role for yourself, with full support from the directors and management staff. You would have a variety of tasks, from client relationship management through to internal project management, making sure you are constantly challenged and never bored in your role!

Key tasks:

• Work closely with our clients to deliver existing projects and help scope out new ones.
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers and help to develop new relationships.
• Write proposals and work with other project team members to create cost estimates.
• Analyse clients' business requirements and help to develop excellent online solutions.
• Work closely with Springload design, integration and development team members to develop accurate time estimates.
• Develop realistic plans and timelines for project delivery.
• Work closely with team members and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Report regularly on the status of work streams to clients and directors.
• Perform post-project reviews to ensure continuous improvement in Springload's internal processes.

Required skills:

• Outstanding people relationship and management abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, in person and in writing.
• 3+ years experience in account and/ or project management.
• Must have experience managing web projects and a good working knowledge of web technology.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work
• Ability to work in a team environment alongside designers, integrators and developers throughout the entire development process.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
