Web Project Manager

As web project manager you will have direct contact with both our clients and the wider Springload team. We'll give you the scope and responsibility to create a role for yourself, with full support from the directors and management staff.

You'll have a variety of tasks bridging the gap between the Springload delivery team and client requests. We can guarantee you'll always be challenged and you'll never be bored! Ideally we're seeking a Project Manager who is looking to move towards Account Management and a focus on client relationship management.

Key tasks:

• Work closely with our account managers and clients to deliver existing projects and help scope out new ones
• Work closely with Springload design, integration and development team members to develop accurate time and cost estimates
• Develop realistic plans and timelines for project delivery
• Work closely with team members and clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Report regularly on the status of work streams to clients, account managers or directors
• Perform post-project reviews to ensure continuous improvement in Springload's internal processes

Required skills:

• Outstanding people relationship and management abilities
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, in person and in writing
• 3+ years experience in account and/ or project management
• Must have experience managing web projects and a good working knowledge of web technology
• Have an ability to offer solutions to clients based on best practice web conventions
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work
• Ability to work in a team environment alongside designers, integrators and developers throughout the entire development process
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Great sense of humour.
