I have a few positions available for assistants at the Auckland Lantern Festival.

Dates are: 13th - 21st Feb, not including the show days at the weekend (19th, 20th Feb). Friday 18th is a half day, and Thursday 17th is a long day.

Pay rate depends on exeprience and the positions I have left. I am looking for people who have an artistic eye, and it would help if you have had some experience with set dressing. I also would like people who have basic electrical knowledge.

The job entails: loading and installing lanterns, themeing certain areas, assisting more experienced crew members, ensuring safety around machinery and simple electrical wiring.

We work come rain or shine. It's a rewarding festival to work at and a great crew to be part of.
