If you are interested in volunteer work at the Chinese Lantern Festival in Auckland or Christchurch, or the Diwali Festival of Lights in Auckland or Wellington, please contact the relevant event organiser listed below:

The Lantern Festival is traditionally held on the 15th day of Chinese Lunar New Year.  Preparations are being finalised for the two festivals, which attract record crowds.
