Customer Services/ Front of House
We require enthusiastic, self-motivated people who are customer oriented and enjoy working with children to join our customer service team. Customer service duties include ushering theatre shows and events for both public and schools. Supervising and supporting children at craft activities and events such as Halloween, and Christmas. Assisting at birthday parties may also be required. After time this position leads to work on the box office and these duties include selling tickets, taking bookings, and answering enquiries on the front line.
An interest in the arts, working on a variety of events and with children is an advantage but not essential.
This is a casual position and can include weekend work.
