Job description:

Video Editor / Promo Director - Part time.

Scooter makes TV Channel promos, movie trailers, TVCs and Corporate Videos.

We are a boutique production and post-production Company based in Takapuna on Auckland's North Shore.

You will have at least three years hands-on experience editing using:

Final Cut Studio 2/3

Adobe CS3/4 (After Effects).

A wide range of utility programs and a basic working knowledge of Protools.

Creative design skills will be an advantage.

You will be working directly with clients and scripts so a pleasant manner and an excellent knowledge of English is required.

This is a Contract position for approximately 25 hrs per week, but there may be the opportunity for a full-time position depending on skills and experience.

This is a training position and you will learn writing, story-telling and directing skills so that you will be able to produce work unaided.

Salary range is $40k to $55K ( full-time equivalent) depending on skills and experience
