Have you been a buyer/planner for the last 1-2 years and are you looking for a new challenge? We are seeking someone who can help plan, implement and evaluate campaigns for a plethora of TV 2 programmes and entertainment online. Working closely with internal stakeholders you will be responsible for managing and monitoring quarterly priorities, analysing and interpreting research data and providing target audience and competitive analysis.

To succeed in this role you will need proven TV buying skills and an understanding of the media planning process. You will also require knowledge of research and planning tools such as TV Map and Arianna, together with an understanding of ratings systems, on-air presentation functions and the digital media space. Being a true team player you will step in to cover for the Media Strategist and TV ONE Media Planner when required, and will use your relationship management skills to share information appropriately. This role is 12 months fixed term to provide parental leave cover and it is envisaged that the successful applicant will be able to start towards the end of February or early March 2010.
