We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our team based at Avalon Studios that supports the areas of:
- Vision Mixing
- Server/Video Tape Operation
- Graphics
The media operator role undertakes a range of operational work in the above crafts, primarily with the NZRB Channels Trackside and TAB TV but also in general studio production.
As we work in a 24-hour, 7 day per week industry, shift work is a feature of this position and an ability to work well under pressure is vital. We are seeking keen individuals who have at least one year relevant television work experience and have successfully completed a relevant, practical tertiary course. This is an ideal entry level opportunity, although preference will also be given to candidates with Production or Transmission experience.
