Production Manager/Co-ordinator
We wish to make a film about Matariki (the Maori New Year), in a contemporary and traditional view.
The goal is to teach what Matariki really means and how our tupuna performed this annual event.
We are looking for a Production Manager/Co-ordinator to help organize an enthusiastic and professional team.
Preferably someone who has had experience working in the Maori community.
We have a very strong chance of getting substantial funding.
We plan to shoot in mid-July so we need to get moving.
Depending on the funding we may be able to pay you, certainly for your expenses in executing your job.
At this point though the job is for Aroha and Tautoko.

We had our first crew meeting 30th May. The turnout was great and our project is really gaining some momentum. Everyone was positive and very supportive. We now have an excellent D.O.P.and camera unit. Also sound composition, and even an astronomer well they are the same person but yes we have an astronomer on our team which I find that fascinating
