Animation/Digital Media Tutor
To teach 2D & 3D Animation and Digital Media courses to a variety of art & design programmes (Level 3 - Level 7). To manage and maintain quality teaching resources to support the delivery of courses at tertiary level. To assess student’s learning achievements and deliver constructive feedback. To support students in the creation, development and utilization of digital media skills and knowledge. To maintain links with industry and promote professional standards.
Responsible for delivering digital media courses up to level 7
Responsible for currency of course work and administrative tasks (eg; assessment)
Responsible for maintaining professional communications with art dept staff, Team Leader, Head of Faculty and Administrators
Responsible for maintaining industry links and professional standards
Able to demonstrate industry knowledge relevant to the Computer Graphics / Digital Media fields. Research active preferred.
