Aspiring DOP Needed for Short Film
We are looking for a keen DOP for a short film we are hoping to make in late August or early September. Ideally you will have or have access to a Camera. The film is working with a zero budget so the role will be unpaid. A donation will be made for the camera use.
The film is a black comedy about a simple adult son who lives at home with his mother. The aging mother has an maniac alter ego as an old saulty pirate. With the threat of his mother being taken into care the son sets about building a pirate ship to take her back to sea.
The film takes place mostly in and around the home of the two characters, we are looking for a DOP that is keen to get amongst it as you will also be the camera operator. We plan to shoot over a weekend although part of a 3rd day may be required.
