WANTED: Location for Short Film

Always wanted to have a look behind the scenes of film? Would love to see your place on the big screen? Like to be part of an one time opportunity?

We are looking for a location for a touching short film about an old man who lost his wife and is struggeling with his new situation. This short film is one of 10 shorts that will, in the end, be connected to one feature film...so really a one time opportunity! Shooting will take place beginning of October 2010.

Ideal would be a house with the below listed attributes, but if we can't find one, we would consider to shoot in different places. We are looking for a place with old furniture, wallpaper, carpet, curtains (about 20-30 years old) or at least used, but NOT shabby. In detail:

1. Kitchen: must have the possibility to look from the kitchen into the living area, either through a pass-through, an open door or the kitchen is open, integrated into the living room. A table and chairs would be great.
2. Living room: sofa(s), armchair(s), coffee table (+sideboard, racks etc.), curtains. An old TV would be great, also a dining table with chairs.
3. Bedroom: bed for two (queen or king size), wardrobe. A big dresser with mirror and two bedside tables would be great.
4. Bathroom: integrated toilet, window, tiled floor. A old fashioned shower curtain would be great.
5. The house: in a green, nice, quiet and save area. Front neat. A few steps to the entrance door. A car park infront, or right next to the house would be great.
