Actors and Actress required for student film
We are seeking 3 actors and an actress for a student film as part of the final assignment for NZFA New Zealand Film Academy students
“The Package”
“The Package” is a short film where three men meet in an apartment. They don’t know each other. They are told to wait for the delivery of a package. A package they cannot open until they receive a telephone call.
Filming dates – Saturday 15th August to Wednesday 26th August. N.B. It is possible shooting will conclude Saturday 22nd August. Female role will be required for one day only TBA
Characters
Marlowe – Male mid thirties, professional hitman.
Mason – Male mid to late forties, ex cop now hitman.
Lincoln – Male twenties, wannabe hitman.
Courier – Female, late twenties, only required for 1 day. Filming date will be between 15th & 26th Aug TBA
Auditions will be held at NZ Film Academy rooms, 1st Floor, 360 Queen Street, from Monday 3rd August.
As this is a student film no remuneration will be paid. Out of pocket expenses will be covered.
One or two days of rehearsals the week prior will be required. The work is unpaid but the actors will get a copy of the film for their show reel and of course meals on set.
