NZFC Producer Market Assistance | Berlinale
The seventh Berlinale Co-Production Market will take place February 14-16, 2010, during the 60th Berlin Film Festival. Successful NZ applicants will be eligible for NZFC Producer Market Assistance to attend.
This programme is intended to assist producers with feature film projects in advanced development to attend Cannes, AFM and other key markets at which the Film Commission has a presence.
BERLINALE CO-PRODUCTION MARKET
The seventh Berlinale Co-Production Market will take place February 14-16, 2010, during the 60th Berlin Film Festival.
At the 2009 market, a total of 36 selected projects from 25 countries were presented. Industry professionals from more than 350 companies around the world attended and met in around 1000 prearranged individual meetings.
Project requirements:
• Feature-length fiction project intended for theatrical release.
• Suitable for international co-production and open for co-producers.
• full script available in English.
• Budget between 2 and 10 million euros.
• A minimum of 30% of the financing must have already been secured.
• The company must already have completed at least one international co-production.
