Job description:

An opening exists for the position of Studio Engineer.

This position is located in Auckland, involves rostered shifts, and reports to the Engineering Manager.

The Engineering team services all the technical needs of MediaWorks TV (TV3 and C4) and includes design, planning, drafting, installation, maintenance, outdoor linking and master control operations.

You will require a thorough knowledge of studio operations, engineering practices and proven technical ability. Recent experience with modern server based editing systems and a high level of IT competency are essential.

The successful applicant will possess an NZCE or equivalent qualification, will have a strong customer support focus to the many internal clients and be looking to work as part of a dynamic team involved with a wide range of technologies in a constantly evolving industry.

Key skills sought:

knowledge of studio operations, engineering practices and proven technical ability, recent experience with server based editing systems
