    the clinic

the clinic – a performance company that devises original works, experimenting with multimedia and site-specific theatre. We are based in Christchurch, New Zealand and have been creating performance works since November 1999.

the clinic is an award winning collective of performers and artists known for creativity, innovation and differentiation. We produce multi-media theatre that blends the real and hyper-real, the familiar and the dreamlike, the magic and the everyday. This is achieved through the use of video projections, computer animation and effects, sound manipulation, intense creative planning and dedicated rehearsals.

While our centre remains in New Zealand, the members of the company are currently scattered around the globe - Julieanne Eason lives in Barcelona, Anastasia Dailianis and Haydn Kerr in London, Veronica Barton in Melbourne. Lucette Hindin remains in New Zealand.
