AV Person/s Required
We are looking for a two-person team to pack-in, pack-out and operate our AV equipment and sound desk once a month for a half day event we run in central Auckland.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Pickup of AV equipment the afternoon before the event, transport into venue using Cargo van provided.
- Setting up the AV equipment and sound desk from 6am-8.30am (AV equipment may be set up the night before if venue allows).
- Running the sound desk during our 3 hour event (9am – 12pm).
- Liaising with the international business speaker to ensure their AV requirements are met for the morning.
- Sound checks
- AV trouble shooting during event
- Packing up the sound desk and AV equipment from 12pm
- Delivering AV equipment back to office after pack-up.
- Dropping off cargo van to hire company
- As well as gaining valuable experience by co-coordinating the AV operations during the morning, you’ll have the opportunity to listen to some of the worlds top motivational business speakers on a monthly basis.
- A sound understanding of audio, sound, multimedia equipment is essential along with a passion for AV.
