Kumeu Art in the Garden - Call for entries
This two day event is organised in conjunction with LJ Hooker, NZ Art Guild, and Kumeu Coast and Country. All proceeds will be donated to Rotary for disbursement to charity - West Auckland Hospice and Huapai Volunterr Fire Fighters
Details
1) Registration fee $10. Registration is only confirmed once contract and fee has been received. CLOSING DATE - Sept 1st
2) Each artist will be allocated 1 space in 1 of the 6 gardens involved in this event. There will be approximately 10-15 artists per garden. The number of artworks is at the discretion of the artist. Artists will need to provide a way to display their art eg. easels, tables etc. Artists will be responsible for manning their stand/area for the two days and answering questions from visitors as needed. Artists will be responsible for taking payments for artworks sold.
3) Artworks can be in any medium 2d or 3d.
4) All works sold during the exhibition will attract a commission payment of 20% of the listed price which will be donated to charity.
5) Artists interested in donating an artwork for the Charity Art Auction to be held at 3:30pm on Sunday 8th November at Willows Reach Garden will be required to fill out an additional form. These artworks will be auctioned on a 50/50 basis - artist receives 50% of sale amount - 50% goes to charity.
