Arts and Heritage Co-ordinator
Purpose of Roles
There are two part-time Co-ordinators positions responsible for working with the trustees to promote and co-ordinate Arts Culture and Heritage opportunities within the Wairarapa. These are ‘hands on’ roles requiring excellent communication, networking and planning skills. The Co-ordinators will often be the first point of contact for iwi, community organisations and individuals wishing to receive support and assistance from Toi Wairarapa.
The Co-ordinators are required to work closely together to promote and develop arts, culture and heritage throughout the Wairarapa region. However, one Co-ordinator will take a lead role in working alongside local iwi.
Good understanding of arts and cultural sectors. Ability to work with local Iwi and a wide range of groups
