Relay for Life Event Coordinator
We have a fixed term part time position available from November 2009 to March 2010 for an events coordinator to become part of the team at our Rotorua office.
The successful applicant must have:
• Experience in event management
• Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills
• Ability to gain sponsorship
• Ability to work within a given budget
• Ability to form effective relationships with sponsors, businesses and key volunteers
• Confidence with public speaking and presenting
• Competency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel packages and able to work with databases
