Federated Farmers of New Zealand is the country’s leading independent rural advocacy organisation, representing the interests of approximately 30,000 farmers and rural members across the meat and fibre, dairy, goats, rural butchery, high country, grain and seed, and bee sectors.

This new leadership position has been created reporting directly to the Chief Executive.
The Events Manager is responsible for providing effective management and co-ordination of national and provincial events as well as events that support the leadership development function of Federated Farmers. Demonstrated experience in event management is essential, together with outstanding organisational skills and a passion for delivering a good experience on time and to budget. Experience with training events would be beneficial.
This role shares executive competencies encompassing strategic contribution, relationship management, planning and risk management, and financial responsibility.
