To this end, the National Institute of Creative Arts and Industries (NICAI) is seeking to appoint a Student Administrator to provide efficient, effective and professional student administration for the faculty. This role will appeal to professionals who are interested in further developing their administration and leadership skills, as well as sharing their knowledge with others.
We are looking for a suitably experienced individual to coordinate a range of student administration related functions such as admissions, enrolment, examinations, time-tabling, completion checking, and to advise and train relevant colleagues.
This position is based in the NICAI Student Centre and provides a service to the whole faculty. In addition to working closely with colleagues you will enjoy supporting, advising and dealing with staff and students, problem solving, working with databases, multitasking and coordinating processes.
The ideal candidate will have advanced office administration skills underpinned by excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be competent and experienced in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. In addition, a proactive attitude, adaptability, willingness to learn, excellent time management skills, and a strong commitment to quality are essential in this challenging role.
