Organisation/person name:
North Otago Museum, Waitaki District Council
Work type:
Permanent: Full-Time
Work classification:
Curation
Job description:

The North Otago Museum houses the archives of the Waitaki District Council as well as a significant collection of local community archives.  The person we are looking for will need to be an experienced archivist who is positive, energetic, knowledgeable, skilled, physically fit and keen as mustard.

Oamaru is a small town with a large amount of attractions such as affordable housing, great schools and a huge pride in its heritage. It may not compare with the big cities for fast paced night-life but offers many alternatives for those who enjoy a more relaxed pace.  So if you are all set to settle down to small town life, we would like to hear from you.
