Front of House Manager
You will manage all FOH operations, services & staff to ensure a high standard of customer service at all times.
Managing & supervising events & functions is also involved, along with developing our retail proposition and meeting revenue targets.
It is essential you understand the visitor's perspective, and are always looking for ways to maximise commercial return while keeping the needs of the customer top of your list of priorities.
