Office Coordinator
This iconic visitor attraction and education facility will open soon with a multimedia exhibition and digital full dome planetarium dedicated to celebrating the stories of the Southern Skies.
Your role will be to ensure the Carter office runs smoothly by providing timely, accurate office management and administration support to the team. Your cheerful and proactive approach will ensure that the processes and systems are developed and maintained to a high standard. You will provide finance and booking support, deal with enquiries from customers and stakeholders, and manage Carter's office essentials.
Ideally you will have experience maintaining databases, developing and managing office systems and advanced Microsoft skills. Creativity, flexibility with a 'can-do' attitude will see you succeed in this role.
