Job description:

One of our actresses who plays various roles and is also one of the puppeteers in the show, sadly has a family member who is dying and so we are looking for an understudy who can learn the roles during dress rehearsals on Fri and Sat of this week, and then become an usher for the season so that there's a decent amount of work for someone.

We need to find preferably a female actor, who can sing (although male actor would be fine) - around size 12, around 5' 9'' for costumes. It's a fun role, with lines and - as puppeteer of chicken, tortoise, quail and frog puppets and acting roles as woman (or man) who gets frightened by snake, owl and rabbit.

Mon 14 Sept 10am - 1pm Run of show - observe

Tues 15 Sept 10am - 1pm Run of show - obeserve / rehearse

Fri 18 Sept 10am - 4pm Dress rehearsals - observe

Sat 19 Sept 1pm - 5pm Dress rehearsal

Sat 19 Sept 8pm 50th Production performance Ushering / on call

Mon 21 - Fri 25 Sept 10.30am & 1pm school shows daily Ushering / on call

Sat 26 Sept 7pm Gala opening Ushering / on call

Mon 28 - Sat 3 Oct 10.30am & 1pm shows daily Ushering / on call

Mon 5 Oct - Sat 10 Oct 10.30am & 1pm school shows daily Ushering / on call

Rehearsals / Ushering $13.50 per hour

Performance fee $50 per show
