Love Bites - Four One Act Plays about Love

Shoreside Theatre presents four short plays in some way related to love. We need actors of all ages and genders.

We are aiming for an ensemble cast meaning you will have a chance to be involved in more than one play.

The performance season is 25th April - 9th May at Theatreworks in Birkenhead.

The plays being performed are:
Sexual Perversity in Chicago by David Mamet
George, or Cupid's Bane by Mike Borgfeldt
Foreplay by David Ives
Shadows by Josephine Carter

There are two audition dates:
Thursday 18th February, 7:15pm
Monday 22nd February, 7:15pm

Auditions will take place at the Shoreside Theatre Clubrooms, 18 Richards Ave, Milford

No need to prepare a speech, just come prepared to show us what you can do.

    I stepped into a theate at age 12 as a stage hand in a school production and haven't looked back.

    I'm now directing plays any chance I get, incluing two successful Shakespeare in the Park seasons at The PumpHouse in Takapuna.

    I'm skilled in technical theatre (lighting & sound), publicity and promotion, directing and general production tasks.  I also dabble in photography and direct the odd short film.
